10th All India Conference of Heads of Science Museums and Centres from 17 to 19 December at Sikkim Science Centre began Friday. The Conference is Jointly organised by Sikkim State Council for Science & Technology, Gangtok, and National Council of Science Museums, Ministry of Culture, Govt of India. Minister Bhim Dungel as chief guest inaugurated the Conference.
