Tridhara - An evening of Soulful music

The evening commenced at 5:00 p.m. with prayer invocation and was followed by melodious bhajans. The beautiful music touched everyone's heart and created a Divine atmosphere. Everyone participated wholeheartedly by clapping and expressed their love for Guruji and the Lord in the packed Saraswati Nilaya Hall.
With a view to spread Bhakti Yoga and as a run up to Swami Tejomayanandaji's Yagna at Dadar on Chapter 12 of Gita from 17th to 21st December 2012, the mission is organizing a Gita Essay writing competition based on Chapter 12 of Gita to be held on 4th November in 5 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Malayalam).
The competition was officially launched by Swami Advayananda, Acharya of Chinmaya Mission Powai. He emphasized the importance of Bhakti - Love and devotion for the Lord and urged everyone to participate in the competiation in a Spirit of Yagna and spread the message of the Gita. Students of the Vedanta course chanted Chapter 12 of the Gita.
The program ended at 8:00 p.m. with prayers and a thank you note being addressed to Swami Advayanandaji and all Swaranjali members who made the evening a memorable one for us all. Everyone had Prasadam thereafter
